The battery life depends on the heat setting you choose. On the lowest setting, the battery can last up to 8 hours, while on the highest setting, it will last approximately 3-4 hours. For optimal performance, we recommend fully charging the battery before each use.

Yes! Our HEATSYNC™ jackets are designed to be machine washable, but we recommend removing the battery pack and any other detachable parts before washing. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and hang the jacket to air dry.

The HEATSYNC™ jacket has three heat settings: low (blue light), medium (green light), and high (red light). You can adjust the temperature by pressing the power button on the chest area to find the setting that best suits your needs.
